What the pressing plant leaves behind

Every newly pressed disc carries production residue on its surface. It is barely visible to the eye, but it sits exactly where the laser reads. CD Plus dissolves this layer and leaves a clear surface.

Less correction, more music

A layer for the laser

After cleaning, a fine anti-reflective layer remains on the disc. It helps the laser capture the information directly and reduces static charge. The player has less to compensate for, and playback becomes calmer.

Application

Apply one pump to the disc and spread it evenly with a fingertip. Treat the other side in the same way. Remove the excess with a soft facial tissue. Treated discs can be marked with a waterproof pen.

When to treat

Ideally right after purchase, before the disc is played for the first time. One treatment lasts, a second one refines the result. Older CDs from your collection benefit just as much.
