Every audio component generates mechanical resonances. Damping them can take energy and vitality away from the music, while isolating the component may trap those resonances within the chassis.

The Super Naturals Signature provide a controlled path out. They transfer resonant energy from the component into the supporting surface while helping to prevent it from being reflected back.
The component is mechanically grounded in a stable and controlled way, allowing the music to retain its structure, openness, and natural flow.

130 steps for a natural music experience

Each set combines two woods—African zebrano and Italian olive wood—with ceramic elements coupled to the wood through vacuum-impregnated felt pads.

The ceramic quickly dissipates energy, while the felt is stabilised through vacuum lacquer impregnation rather than simply providing damping. The wood adds a natural tonal character. An adapted version of the SteinMusic E-Pads also contributes. Each set takes 130 production steps to complete.

More freedom for the music

The Super Naturals Signature are support feet for hi-fi components and speakers. They combine African zebrano wood and Italian olive wood with ceramic elements, vacuum-impregnated felt pads and specially tuned SteinMusic E-Pads.

Each material has a clearly defined task: ceramic allows fast energy exchange, the treated felt pads stabilise the mechanical contact and the selected woods support natural, balanced playback.

In sound, the Super Naturals Signature follow the character of the Super Naturals, but give the music even more room to unfold. Playback feels calmer and more open, voices and instruments are easier to follow in the room and musical structures appear clearer and more natural.

Draining instead of isolating

Mechanical resonances arise in every audio component. If they are merely damped or trapped in the housing, they can affect playback. The Super Naturals Signature therefore create a controlled energy path between the component and the surface it stands on.

Their large contact area supports draining unwanted resonances and at the same time reduces reflections from the surface back into the component. Unlike soft rubber feet, they do not store energy, while spikes allow only limited energy exchange through their small contact area.

Using them correctly

A set consists of three support feet: two in darker zebrano wood and one in lighter olive wood. The golden metal ring always faces up.

The Super Naturals Signature can be used under CD players, turntables, amplifiers, power supplies, power bars and speakers. For the full effect they should have direct contact with the housing. If the existing feet are higher, it is best to remove them where possible.

Three contact points give a secure, wobble-free stand. For components with uneven weight distribution, place the olive wood foot under the heaviest area. The two zebrano feet balance the remaining weight. An even load matters more than a symmetrical layout.

Under speakers, we recommend placing the olive wood foot at the front centre and the two zebrano feet at the back left and right.

Load capacity and handling

A set of three carries components weighing up to 150 kilograms and can therefore also be used under a complete hi-fi rack.

The Super Naturals Signature are very stable under vertical load but sensitive to sideways movement. Always set components down carefully and straight, and lift them before moving them.

Frequently asked questions about the Super Naturals Signature

Where should I use the Super Naturals Signature?

Under almost any component. They replace the original feet so the housing gets direct contact with the surface. Start with the source, such as a CD player or turntable, then the amplifier and finally the speakers. They are also clearly audible under power supplies and the power strip. If the original feet are taller than the Naturals, remove them.

Why are there three supports instead of four?

Three support points always provide a stable, wobble-free base without the need for adjustment. This creates firm mechanical contact between the component and the supporting surface, allowing energy to be transferred away as effectively as possible. Each set therefore consists of three supports: two made from zebrano and one from olive wood. With components that have an uneven weight distribution, place the olive wood support beneath the heaviest area and use the two zebrano supports to balance the remaining weight.
One set supports up to 150 kg, making it suitable even for a complete HiFi rack. Sets of four and individual supports are also available for specific applications.

How do the Signature supports differ from conventional absorbers or spikes?

Instead of trapping resonances, the Naturals give them a controlled path downward. Ceramic elements enable rapid energy transfer, while the impregnated felt pads stabilise the mechanical connection and the carefully selected woods help preserve the music’s natural tonal character. Spikes limit energy transfer through their small contact area, while rubber feet tend to store energy and release it again with a delay.

What is the difference between the Super Naturals Signature and the Signature Matrix?

Both work on the same principle: resonances are not trapped but drained downwards, for an open and natural sound. The Matrix is the taller and more refined version.
